Add the Leios visualizer to the docs site, linked under the "Research and Development" section. Includes a few related changes:

  • The rust simulation can now output "aggregated" trace files with the -a flag. These are just traces which have been pre-processed for the UI, so that they're streams of global states instead of streams of events.
  • The rust simulation can gzip its output, by saving it to a file with extension .gz.
  • Git LFS is configured for all traces in the trace directory.
  • The "Docs" GHA builds the visualizer, and bundles its output into the docusaurus site.
